The Ohm Lab Store is operated by Ohm Lab Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company no. 16699752), with registered address at 84 Lakewood Road, Chandler's Ford, SO53 5AA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@ohmlab.co.uk.

All products in the Ohm Lab Store are currently available on a pre-order basis. By placing an order you agree to the following:

• Orders are expected to ship in late 2026, alongside fulfilment of our Kickstarter campaign. Dates are estimates and may change.
• Payment is taken at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly.
• Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change before shipping. We will notify you of any material changes.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.

Wireless products (those containing a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth module) can only be shipped to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Japan due to regional wireless certification requirements. If you place an order for a wireless product and your shipping address is outside these regions, we will refund your order.

The Neuro Vision Thermal incorporates a Teledyne FLIR Lepton 3.1R thermal imaging module (effective frame rate 8.6 Hz). Teledyne FLIR classifies this module under the US Export Administration Regulations as ECCN 6A993.a; as it is US-origin, US re-export rules apply to the product wherever it ships. On the UK Strategic Export Control Lists the product is not a listed dual-use item (released by Note 3(a) to entry 6A003.b.4, frame rate 9 Hz or less), so no UK export licence is required for most destinations.

By purchasing the Neuro Vision Thermal, you agree to the following:

• We cannot supply the product, directly or indirectly, to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Cuba, to territories subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to any person or organisation on an applicable sanctions or restricted party list.
• The product may not be re-exported, sold, or transferred contrary to United Nations, United Kingdom, European Union, OSCE, or United States export control or sanctions measures.
• Without any required government authorisation, the product may not be supplied to or used by military, police, security, or intelligence end users, incorporated into military equipment, or used in connection with weapons of mass destruction or their delivery systems.
• Prior to shipping, we will email you an End Use, End User and Export Compliance Certification. You must sign and return this certification before your order can be dispatched.
• If you are unable or unwilling to provide a signed certification, or if we determine we cannot lawfully ship, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

These requirements follow from applicable US and UK export control and sanctions law and the manufacturer's export guidance. An order indicating a military, police, security, or intelligence related end user or end use does not automatically mean we cannot fulfil it, but it may require additional compliance review or a government authorisation before shipment. If you have questions about whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us before ordering.

All content on this website, including product names, designs, descriptions, and images, is the property of Ohm Lab Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohm Lab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
