Returns & Refunds

1. Your right to cancel (pre-orders)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing it without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@ohmlab.co.uk with your order details.

As products have not yet shipped, no return of goods is required. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

2. Cancellation after the 14-day window

We understand circumstances change. If you need to cancel after the 14-day window but before your order has shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested close to the shipping date.

3. Returns after delivery

Once products have shipped, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at info@ohmlab.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

5. FLIR Lepton export control: unable to fulfil

The Neuro Vision Thermal contains a FLIR Lepton sensor subject to US and UK export controls (ECCN 6A003.b.4). Before your order ships, we will email you a FLIR End-User Statement for signature. If you are unable or unwilling to sign this statement, or if your end-use falls outside what is permitted under export control law, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. No partial fulfilment of an order containing the Neuro Vision Thermal is possible without a completed statement.

6. Shipping restriction refunds

If your order contains a wireless product and your shipping address is in a region we cannot ship wireless devices to (outside the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Japan), we will notify you and issue a full refund before dispatch.

7. How to start a return or cancellation

Email us at info@ohmlab.co.uk with your order number and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
